Leonardo DiCaprio was born on 11.11.1974. at 2:47 AM in Los Angeles.
In his career, he has made 29 films, won 44 awards, 161 nominations, six of which are Oscar nominations. This great actor has never won any Oscar for his, mostly, brilliant performances.
As I was reading about Leonardo and watching his interviews I revealed that Oscar is a sideshow in his life and resume. He is one of a few Hollywood stars who use celebrity status to throw some light on Mother Earth and endangered species.
Leonardo DiCaprio is a great fighter for the preservation of natural habitats and animals, leading campaigns against major polluters of the Earth, and recently become the UN ambassador for climate change. Leo is a vegetarian and voice for animal rights. He has participated as an executive producer in the creation of the film Cowspiracy.
He flies on commercial flights instead of a private charter which uses more fuel, drives environmentally friendly cars (electric, hibiridne), owns a house and an apartment that are completely environmentally friendly.
He bought an island in Belize where plans to build an eco-resort..

Leo’s natal chart is a classic of what we’re looking for if we want to know whether someone is an actor or has such potential.
He is a great actor because of following factors:

As I have already said, the ruler of this combination is Mercury because it is the ruler of the 10th house and is located in the 2nd.

Now, get back to Rashi chart and have a look at the position of the sign of Scorpio. Which house is it in? – Scorpio is in the third house, and this is the house that shows Bhagya or happiness in terms of yoga.

The 2nd and the 3rd house, and the correlation between them are crucial for actors. These houses connect feeling for art, hearing, mode of communication, voice, expressive face, facial expressions, gestures, and these are the fruits of Simhasana yoga that Leonardo gets.

The emotion which Leonardo can strongly evoke can be seen from the link between the Moon and Mercury. Mercury is located in the 2nd house and is dispositor of the Moon which is in Lagna. The last scene in the movie ”The Revenant” when Leonardo’s character realizes that revenge or karma is not in his hands, but only in God’s hands is not evoked by words. The focus is only on his face and emotion at the moment when he drops out of his hands the murderer of his son.

The link between the 10th and the 5th house is almost a necessity for actors, because the fifth house represents cinematography, film. The fifth lord in Leo’s chart is retrograde Saturn which shows that he had a great desire to devote his life to the 5th house. Saturn is not fertile planet so he creates films and art, but not children who are the main significance of the 5th house.
Arudha lagna is the house that shows how we are perceived by the world, what our reputation is and which direction we take in life.
Leonardo’s Arudha lagna is in the 3rd house in Scorpio with Rahu in that particular house.
Rahu tends to make Arudha unstable, so Leonardo was often the target of paparazzi in his early days that filled newspaper columns with his appearance.

This is the first effect of Badakesh in his life.

Further we are coming to the Academy Awards. The third item where Badakesh makes a blockade is Arudha which is settled in the house with Badakesh (Jupiter).

The story of Leonardo’s life and work I would not like to conclude with the Oscar story because it is less important, as he himself points that out. But, I would rather go back on his attempts to save the Earth and earthlings and raise awareness on those subjects.
If media worldwide mentioned him more often in the context of veganism and animal protection, so far there might be thousands of his faithful fans taking their fingers out of buckets full of fried chicken.
Instead of depicting the various poses, as his colleagues do, and publishing them on Instagram, Leonardo uses his FB and Instagram profiles to raise awareness about preservation of the Earth and catastrophic climate changes that humanity does not take seriously enough.

In the short breaks between shooting films, Leonardo does not spend time in nightclubs or taking selfies for social networks, but travels around the world and makes documentaries on nature, and participates in various gatherings regarding environment.
Eighteen years ago he founded the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation which is responsible for helping the most vulnerable areas of the Earth.
Leonardo has donated more than $ 15 million for the preservation of endangered species, such as: sharks in California, Asian tigers and African elephants, species that are on the edge of extinction due to the destruction of their natural habitats or a hobby of the powerful tycoons who kill them for fun.
In one of his speeches on climate change, Leonardo said:
“As an actor, I pretend for a living, I play fictitious characters often solving fictitious problems. I believe mankind has looked at climate change in the same way, as if it were a fiction. But I think we know better than that. “
If only 1/10 of his colleagues invested half of the effort to raise awareness on violence against Mother Earth and Her earthlings, I am sure that the world would change for the better. As long as human species commits violence against other species there will be NO peace on earth.
There is only one way, but very few people talk about it.
